Police and Ambulance were called to the A493 near Pennal, Machynlleth in Gwynedd at 5.20pm yesterday afternoon,Friday April 13th after a fire engine returning from an incident in Mid wales where it assisted Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue service left the road. There were four crew members on board. Two were treated at the scene and two were taken to hospital in Tywyn where they were treated for minor injuries.

An investigation is now underway.
